Medication Nursing Assistant

The medication nursing assistant will be responsible for administering medications to stable students under the supervision of an rn or lpn and accurately documenting these administrations on the medication administration record (Mar). Key duties also involve maintaining the medication room, monitoring supplies, and adhering strictly to infection control and safety protocols.

Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted mna license issued by the nh board of nursing and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include one to two years of experience passing medications, along with the physical capability to perform tasks like lifting 50+ lbs and comfort working with children and young adults (Ages 5-22) who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges.
