Housing Coordinator/Project Rebound (UEC)

The housing coordinator will independently oversee the daily operations of the csusb project rebound house, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment while enforcing resident agreements and policies. This role involves providing guidance to residents, managing housing logistics, implementing community-Building initiatives, and coordinating comprehensive activity schedules in collaboration with program leadership.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science, public/Business administration, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in areas like substance abuse counseling, case management, or reentry services. Essential qualifications include knowledge of trauma-Informed practices, strong interpersonal and problem-Solving skills, and familiarity with local corrections and housing systems.
