Career Advancement Specialist (B)

The specialist is responsible for equipping adults with disabilities with job readiness skills to secure employment or collegiate pathways by creating an innovative learning environment and developing relevant opportunities. Key duties include connecting with community employers to create job leads, monitoring participant job performance, and providing individualized support for personal growth and integration.

A high school diploma is required, though additional education is preferred, along with one to three years of experience in human services, and potentially some marketing or sales experience. Candidates must possess a massachusetts driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle, along with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
