Athletics Coach- HS Softball

The athletic coach instructs student athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for team success while also fostering moral values, self-Discipline, and self-Confidence in students. Responsibilities include managing all administrative aspects of the sport, such as scheduling, budget preparation, equipment inventory, and ensuring athlete eligibility and attendance.

Candidates must possess knowledge of athletic program operations, including a minimum of college-Level child psychology coursework or prior work with youth. Required experience includes previous coaching or college-Level/Higher playing experience in the sport, and candidates must pass a department of justice background screening and provide health clearance.
