Requirements summary

Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or 48 college units (Paraprofessional status) with a bachelor’s degree preferred, along with 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with students in an educational or residential setting. Required competencies include knowledge of child cognitive development, ability to implement behavior plans, flexibility, strong communication skills, and maintaining training in crisis prevention intervention (Cpi).
