In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time

The role involves providing board certified behavior analyst oversight for a limited caseload, developing individualized, assent-Based treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians through coaching and modeling. Additionally, the bcba will engage families via parent training and monitor client progress to adjust programming based on data.

Candidates must be board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas) capable of delivering high-Quality aba therapy with a focus on compassionate, child-Led methods. The position requires developing and maintaining treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with clinical teams.
