Child Watch Associate

The child watch associate is responsible for providing a safe and caring environment for children while in ymca care, overseeing their safety and whereabouts at all times within an interactive program. This role also involves engaging positively with parents and children during both child watch duties and birthday parties to support the ymca's mission.

Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or ged and must be at least 15 years old, with prior experience working with children being preferred. Successful candidates must also obtain and maintain all required new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of employment.
