- The Children’s Services of ACLD provides a continuum of services to children from ages three to twenty-one in their pre-school and after-school programs.
- We currently have an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Bay Shore Facility.
- In this role, your responsibility will include but not be limited to providing occupational therapy services to children in a transdisciplinary environment.
- Therapy focuses on assisting child in maximizing their level of function in their play skills and Adaptive Daily Living skills.
- Specific performances areas such as sensory, fine motor, visual motor, visual perceptual and cognitive functioning.
Position requires
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy Licensure from New York State Education Department
- Must be physically able to handle all aspects of the position including running, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Experience with pediatrics.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Monday -
- Friday 7:45-3:15pm 35 hours
