Self-Determination Program/ Participant Choice Specialist (Bilingual Preferred)

This role serves as a subject matter expert for the self-Determination program (Sdp) and participant choice options, assisting individuals, families, and case managers through the processes. Key duties include providing orientation training, administering the sdp, and ensuring compliance with sdp waiver standards.

Candidates need either a master's degree in a human services field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, focusing on areas like case management for i/Dd individuals or knowledge of sdp. A valid driver's license and cultural sensitivity are also required.
