Residential Care Specialist - PRN - As Needed

The residential care specialist provides direct care to children in a residential treatment program, ensuring a safe, therapeutic, and structured home-Like environment while administering mental health support and documenting progress based on service goals. Responsibilities also include supervising daily activities, managing client needs, and assisting with daily living requirements like meal preparation and cleaning.

This entry-Level position requires a high school diploma, ged, or associate degree, preferably with two years of experience working with emotionally difficult children aged 12-17. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, pass a drug screening and background check, and be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks including restraining individuals.
