Direct Support Professional - Registered Behavior Technician (DSP-RBT)

This role involves the overall supervision, protection, and care of individuals, ensuring health, wellness, and safety by implementing individualized service and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include assisting individuals with daily living tasks, skill development, community engagement, and meticulous documentation of events and progress.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, passing a criminal background check, and potentially a valid driver's license. Candidates must hold or obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within one year, possess basic computer and communication skills, and be physically capable of assisting with lifting and implementing emergency interventions.
