Core responsibilities

The employment coach is responsible for mentoring individuals with developmental disabilities and assisting them in job development and maintaining employment. They will also ensure that the service and support needs of the individuals are met effectively.

Requirements summary

Candidates should have experience supporting individuals with disabilities, preferably in community settings, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A commitment to the inclusion of persons with disabilities and flexible availability is also required.
