Teacher, Roberts Academy - 6th grade

The successful candidate will engage elementary-Age students with dyslexia in action-Oriented learning using auditory, visual, and kinesthetic elements, primarily applying the orton-Gillingham approach to teach reading, writing, and spelling. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing curriculum, advising students, and promoting a positive school culture through collaboration and professional development.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in elementary education, special education, or a related field, along with two years of successful experience teaching elementary-Age students and excellent communication skills. Candidates must also possess experience with and knowledge of dyslexia and other language-Based learning disabilities.
