Responsibilities also include collaborating with the clinical team and implementing therapy plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba).
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home services. New behavior technicians (Bts) must be eligible to pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire after completing the required 40-Hour training course.
