Childcare Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting it to individual child needs while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Key duties include supporting children's development through structured activities, collaborating with the lead teacher on routines, and monitoring/Reporting progress.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and candidates must meet all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers, including obtaining cpr/First aid certification if not already held. Previous experience in childcare or youth programs is preferred, along with the physical ability to engage actively with children and lift up to 40 pounds.
