Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting it to individual child needs, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Key duties include supporting child development through structured activities, collaborating with the lead teacher on routines, monitoring progress, and adhering to all health and safety protocols.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the ability to meet all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers, including obtaining cpr/First aid certification if not already held. Previous experience in childcare or youth programs is preferred, and candidates must be physically capable of active engagement, including lifting 30–40 pounds.
