Childcare Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual child needs while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Key duties include supporting children's development through structured play, collaborating with the lead teacher on routines, monitoring progress, and adhering to all health and safety protocols.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with meeting all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers, including obtaining cpr/First aid certification if not already held. Candidates must be physically able to engage actively with children, including lifting up to 30-40 pounds, and possess strong communication, teamwork, patience, and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
