Childcare Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will be responsible for helping implement the classroom curriculum, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting children's development through structured activities and positive guidance. They must also collaborate with the lead teacher on routines, communication with parents, and monitoring children's progress.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and previous experience in childcare or youth programs is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must meet all state licensing requirements, obtain cpr/First aid certification, and be physically capable of active engagement, including lifting 30–40 pounds.
