Upper Elementary Teacher - 26/27 SY - Elk Grove

Teachers are responsible for developing and implementing engaging, differentiated lesson plans that integrate montessori philosophy with california common core state standards across multiple subjects in a multi-Age classroom setting. Essential functions also include assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, communicating with families, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive student growth.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid california teaching credential, preferably with ell authorization, and must be authorized to work in the us without sponsorship. While montessori experience is preferred, the organization will pay for tuition for new hires to obtain the required montessori credential concurrently with employment.
