Adjunct Faculty - IVYT

Adjunct faculty are responsible for facilitating student learning by delivering assigned classes according to college policy and course objectives, and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi. This involves making optimal use of technology, maintaining accurate student records, and engaging proactively with students to ensure a positive learning experience.

A qualified adjunct faculty member must possess an earned bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in education, leadership, or psychology, and must have experience instructing or guiding adult students. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to promote an inclusive environment where every individual feels respected and valued, focusing on in-Person, on-Campus instruction.
