EK/Kindergarten Teacher

The teacher is responsible for preparing and delivering modified lesson plans, differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs, and maintaining accurate progress records using research-Based best practices. They must also manage student behavior, create a positive learning environment, and utilize school-Approved curricula reflecting student diversity.

Candidates must possess an active and current ohio teaching license for the appropriate content area and hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Essential qualities include comfort with growth-Focused coaching, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and the capacity to supervise students in various school settings.
