Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One direct aba services to clients, following established behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols while diligently collecting and recording behavior data. They must also communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisors, assisting with assessments and material preparation.

Candidates must possess at least three months of experience as an rbt and hold a valid rbt certification number, along with an active driver's license and reliable transportation. A willingness to commute to various client case locations is also required for this role.
