Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services to clients by following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, while also collecting and recording relevant data. Rbts must also empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisors, and assist the board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) during assessments and material preparation.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a valid rbt certification number and have a minimum of three months of experience as an rbt. A willingness to commute to client locations and possession of an active driver's license are also mandatory requirements for this role.
