Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services, following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols while diligently collecting and recording client behavior data. They must also empathically communicate with clients and families, assist the bcba during assessments, and seek supervisor consultation for effective treatment implementation.

Candidates must possess at least three months of experience as an rbt and hold a valid rbt certification number, along with an active driver's license. A willingness to commute to various client case locations is mandatory for this role.
