RN Clinical Educator

The role is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, teaching, and evaluating education and training programs for a designated area, including managing orientation, staff development, and ongoing professional development for clinical staff. This involves developing educational methodologies, collaborating with clinical partners, and ensuring documentation processes are complete while continuously monitoring programs for quality improvement.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a master’s degree preferred, and must have three years of clinical experience. A current, unencumbered registered nurse license in the state(S) of practice or multi-State privileges is required, along with obtaining and maintaining all department-Specific competencies and certifications.
