Talent Development Specialist

The specialist will conduct engaging new employee orientation sessions, facilitate virtual trainings using platforms like zoom and teams, and collaborate with staff to maximize training benefits for individuals served. This role is split 50% administration and 50% facilitation, with most facilitation being in-Person.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience or education related to staff training and proven success in conducting virtual training programs, along with technical proficiency in microsoft office suite and virtual platforms. Physical coordination is required for hands-On demonstrations of crisis intervention techniques.
