Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One aba therapy in a home-Based setting, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include supporting skill development, accurately collecting behavioral data, following safety plans, and collaborating with the supervising bcba.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred, and reliable transportation is required for this role.
