Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One aba therapy to a pediatric client, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities also include collecting behavioral data and collaborating closely with the supervising bcba and clinical team.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification from the bacb and a high school diploma or equivalent. Essential qualifications include being fluent in spanish, having reliable transportation, and demonstrating professional, dependable, and compassionate qualities while working with pediatric clients.
