Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing direct one-On-One aba therapy in a home setting, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a bcba, and supporting skill development in communication, social behavior, and daily living. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording behavioral data accurately and following intervention and safety plans.

Candidates must be bilingual in spanish and english and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Active rbt certification is required for rbt-Level pay, and reliable transportation is mandatory for in-Home service delivery.
