Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Greater Charlotte Area

The primary responsibility involves delivering in-Home applied behavior analysis (Aba) services during the initial phase, which includes conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. The role also requires providing clinical supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and collaborating closely with families.

Candidates must hold active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and be eligible for north carolina behavior analyst licensure. Essential requirements include experience working with children with autism and a willingness to provide initial in-Home services while possessing strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
