Preschool Teacher

The preschool teacher will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children, implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum®, and fostering a safe, nurturing learning environment. They must also communicate regularly with parents about their children's achievements and partner with staff to support center goals.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children, with a minimum requirement of six months of professional teaching experience, though one year is preferred. A high school diploma or ged is required, while an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
