RN Clinical Educator - Critical Care (Cypress)

This role is responsible for autonomously providing expertise in adult education, instructional design, and training to promote competent and quality patient care, supporting clinical staff in skill acquisition and professional development. Key duties include managing competencies, developing educational content, implementing learning initiatives, and collaborating on evidence based practice projects.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with three years of education-Related experience. Required certifications include a current texas rn license and basic life support (Bls), with a master's degree and nursing professional development certification being preferred.
