Elementary Spanish Teacher 2026–2027 School Year Application Review & Interviews
- Applications will be reviewed and interviews will be scheduled beginning April 2026. Colorado International Language Academy (CILA) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary Spanish Teacher to teach Spanish Language Studies and Math for the 2026–27 school year. This position supports students as they develop Spanish language proficiency while building strong mathematical understanding in an immersive environment. CILA is a tuition-free public charter school offering language immersion in Spanish, Mandarin, and German. This Spanish-language position plays a key role in fostering bilingualism, biliteracy, and academic achievement within a globally focused school community.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Colorado teaching license preferred but not required Must be able to pass the Praxis exam(s) for the subject areas taught Fluency in Spanish required (native or near-native proficiency preferred) Experience teaching elementary students preferred Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to differentiate instruction and support a range of learning needs Commitment to collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural, language immersion environment Salary & Benefits: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and credentials.
