Early Childhood Aide

The primary role involves providing a quality early childhood program by preparing a safe and appealing environment and offering activities that meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of the children. Responsibilities also include assisting with lesson plan implementation, observing behavior, using positive discipline techniques, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have documented experience working with young children in any setting. Applicants must also be able to obtain certifications in pediatric first aid, cpr, and aed, and show willingness to pursue the child development associate credential.
