Core responsibilities
The behavior specialist technician implements behavior support strategies, tracks data on behavior and monitoring plans, and reports findings to the appropriate behavior specialist. Responsibilities also include attending relevant meetings, providing staff training and support, and completing necessary documentation and observations.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a 2-Year degree in psychology or a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct. Applicants also need a valid driver's license meeting insurance guidelines and must be physically capable of performing required certifications and lifting 50 pounds.
