Community Integration Counselor (Respite)

The community integration counselor assists individuals with disabilities in learning essential physical, intellectual, emotional, and social life skills necessary for community living. Responsibilities include providing individualized support, documenting progress, coordinating community integration efforts, administering medications, and monitoring health needs.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory record and availability for evenings and weekends are mandatory.
