Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician - Fremont, CA

The behavior technician is responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a bcba or licensed professional, teaching targeted skills like communication and adaptive living, and providing one-On-One therapy sessions. They must also accurately record behavioral data to track progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with aba or childcare experience being preferred, and must pass a tb test and background check. A valid driving license is required, alongside a strong commitment to applied behavior analysis principles and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
