Lead Registered Behavior Technician - Livermore, CA

This role primarily functions as a substitute registered behavior technician (Rbt) to cover scheduled staff cancellations, adapting quickly to various clients and programs. When not substituting, the rbt provides general clinic support, assisting with non-Clinical tasks, organizing materials, and offering peer mentorship to new staff.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with previous experience providing aba therapy across multiple clients. The role requires strong flexibility, reliability for a minimum of 25 hours per week, and the ability to pass required health screenings and background checks.
