Lead Registered Behavior Technician - Brentwood, CA

This position primarily functions as a substitute registered behavior technician (Rbt) to cover scheduled staff cancellations, adapting quickly to various clients and programs. When not substituting, the rbt provides general clinic support, assisting supervisors with non-Clinical tasks and offering peer mentorship to new staff.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Essential qualifications include previous experience providing aba therapy, strong flexibility, adaptability, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining reliable attendance for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
