Conduct Specialist

The conduct specialist will work closely with individuals with behavioral and conduct disorders, providing support, guidance, and interventions to enhance their social and emotional well-Being. Key duties involve conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior modification plans, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience working with adults with behavioral disorders, along with a strong understanding of behavior modification principles and evidence-Based interventions. Essential soft skills include excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
