Registered Behavior Technician - Urgently Hiring

The registered behavior technician implements individualized programs for adults based on aba principles to increase communication, self-Help, social, and employment skills, while reporting to the program manager. Essential duties include acquiring competency in aba skills, collecting and entering data daily, and implementing behavior intervention plans flexibly.

Candidates must actively pursue or already possess the rbt credential and ideally have a bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience working with adults or managing challenging behaviors in adults. A driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and basic typing/Writing skills are also required.
