Adaptive Skills Therapist - M.S

Employees will teach adaptive skills to children or adults aged 5 to 65, which includes independent living, social, safety, and financial management skills, requiring direct session delivery and collaboration with families and team members. Duties also involve extensive documentation, including daily logs, data sheets, and monthly goal percentage compilation to measure program effectiveness.

A master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis is required, along with at least one year of experience designing adaptive skills training plans and working with developmentally disabled individuals. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and pass a criminal background check and tb test.
