Candidates need a high school/Ged, with experience requirements ranging from 0-2 years for a dental assistant to 3-5 years for a senior dental assistant, along with experience using a patient care system and familiarity with clinical care settings. A massachusetts dental assistant license and radiology certification are mandatory requirements.
