Case Manager - AMIkids Tampa

The case manager will be responsible for completing intake needs assessments, developing individualized service/Care plans based on these evaluations, and actively participating in the multidisciplinary treatment team (Mdt). This role also requires delivering evidence base treatment models while adhering to fidelity requirements and representing the program in legal proceedings.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience working with youth. The role involves overseeing service planning and managing the transitional process for program participants.
