Culture/MTSS Facilitator

The mtss facilitator is responsible for the safety and well-Being of scholars, focusing on academic and emotional growth, while managing the building's culture and establishing case management processes for scholars in tiers one and two. Key duties include case managing assigned scholars using the navigate 360 curriculum, documenting interactions, enforcing conduct codes, and intervening to minimize conflicts.

Minimum requirements include either an associate degree or 60 credit hours, plus one year of experience in developing or implementing conflict resolution programs. Alternatively, a high school diploma requires two years of paid urban school experience implementing conflict resolution programs.
