Core responsibilities
The mtss facilitator is responsible for the safety and well-Being of scholars, focusing on academic and emotional growth, by managing the culture of the building and establishing case management for scholars in tiers one and two of the mtss process. Duties include case managing assigned scholars, documenting interactions, facilitating smooth transitions, and enforcing school policies and student conduct codes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have either an associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college, plus one year of experience in developing or implementing conflict resolution programs. Alternatively, a high school diploma requires two years of paid urban school experience implementing conflict resolution programs.
