Content Teacher -Algebra (Secondary)

The algebra teacher is responsible for instructing middle or high school students in algebraic concepts, developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with state standards, and utilizing diverse teaching methods to explain complex concepts. Duties also include creating and grading assessments, adapting instruction for diverse learners, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, typically in mathematics or secondary education, and must maintain a pennsylvania teaching certification, preferably in mathematics. Strong proficiency in algebra, mathematical operations, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills are essential.
