Caregiver

This role involves providing direct support to individuals according to service plans, assisting with daily living activities including socialization, personal care, and community orientation. The trainer is also responsible for accurate documentation of progress, managing individuals' assets, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance with policies.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and are preferred to have six months of experience in human services, along with being at least 18 years of age. A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance are required if transportation is provided, and the role involves physical demands up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
