Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree in social work, education, early childhood development, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required for this role. Candidates must have previous direct experience working with children aged 0-5 and their caregivers, along with familiarity regarding child development, trauma, attachment, and diversity implications.
