Social Emotional Support Specialist

The specialist will support the social, emotional, and behavioral development of children aged 2-5 by implementing programs focused on self-Awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy interpersonal relationships within the classroom setting. Key duties include providing immediate crisis support, consulting with interdisciplinary teams, and modeling social-Emotional strategies for staff and caregivers.

A bachelor's degree in social work, education, early childhood development, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required for this role. Candidates must have previous direct experience working with children aged 0-5 and their caregivers, along with familiarity regarding child development, trauma, attachment, and diversity implications.
