Instructor, Learning Lab - Kansas City, MO

The instructor, learning lab facilitates student learning and performance assessment in on-Site clinical learning labs, ranging from basic nursing skills to complex patient care situations using high-Fidelity simulation. Responsibilities include serving as a professional role model, providing constructive feedback, evaluating clinical learning using evidence-Based tools, and assisting students with clinical judgment and the nursing process.

A minimum requirement is an msn (Contingent on state board of nursing regulations) and at least 2 years of professional work experience, along with an active and unencumbered rn license in the state of the lab location. Preferred qualifications include strong experience with distance education and simulation-Based education.
